Marsh Restoration at Big Branch National Wildlife Refuge
DownloadVolunteers help to replant marsh grass and plants in the Big Branch National Wildlife Refuge in St. Tammany Parish near Lacombe, La. Volunteers are working over a two week period in a restoration effort to replant 70,000 plugs of smooth cordgrass and marshhay cordgrass with over 700 volunteers slated to help with the restoration effort.
